Chicken Mayonnaise Sandwich

- Bread Slices: 6
- Boneless Chicken: 250 g (2 Cup)
- Water: 2 cup
- Mayonnaise: 4 Tbsp.
- Caesar Salad Dressing: 2 Tbsp. (optional)
- Butter: 50 g
- Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp.
- Black Pepper: 1 Tsp. (freshly crushed)
- Salt: 1 Tsp.
Instructions
- Wash Boneless Chicken Pieces properly and then cut into small cubes.
- Marinate Chicken pieces with Lemon Juice, ½ Tsp. Salt and ½ Tsp. Crushed Black Pepper for 1 hour.
- Now take marinated chicken pieces along with equal quantity of water in a vessel and start boiling in medium flame until chicken pieces cooked properly and after that cook till the water reduces completely.
- Let boiled chicken cooled completely and after that shred chicken pieces.
- Add Mayonnaise and Caesar Salad Dressing to chicken pieces and mix properly.
- Adjust salt and Pepper as per taste.
- Stuffing is ready.
- I don't prefer to trim side of the breads while making sandwiches. You can trim the sides based on your preference.
- Butter all the Bread Slices.
- Now take one slice of Bread and put 2 Tbsp. of Chicken-Mayo Stuffing on the buttered surface of the Bread and spread properly.
- Cover the Bread with another piece of the buttered Bread and lightly press to complete the sandwich.
- Now cut the sandwich diagonally and following the same process prepare rest of the Sandwiches.
