First, wash the boneless chicken thoroughly and cut it into small, bite-sized cubes.
Next, marinate the chicken with lemon juice, half a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of crushed black pepper. Let it sit for an hour to absorb the flavors.
After marinating, place the chicken in a pot with an equal amount of water. Bring it to a boil over medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked. Then, continue cooking until all the water has evaporated.
Allow the boiled chicken to cool completely before shredding it into smaller pieces.
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with mayonnaise and Caesar salad dressing. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Taste and adjust the salt and pepper to your liking. The chicken-mayo stuffing is now ready!
When making the sandwiches, I personally like to leave the crusts on the bread. However, you can trim the sides if you prefer.
Butter each slice of bread generously.
Take one slice of buttered bread and spread about two tablespoons of the chicken-mayo stuffing evenly over the buttered surface.
Top with another slice of buttered bread and gently press down to seal the sandwich.
Finally, cut the sandwich diagonally and repeat the process to prepare the remaining sandwiches.
