If you know how to make the recipe fit a certain diet, let the reader know here. Don't fake it - only provide guidance on topics you have actual experience with.

    • Sugar - instead of sugar use artificial sweetener in case the person drinking is avoiding sugar. You can use jaggery to give the Beler Shorbot an Earthy flavor. To make it vegan, use coconut sugar.

    Equipment

Breaking a wood apple, also known as bel, requires a strong and sturdy utensil or device. A heavy hammer, mallet, Nora (from shil nora), or other weighty tool is best suited for the task. The wood apple is a hard fruit, so it is important to use enough force to crack the outer shell without smashing the inner pulp. When breaking the wood apple, it is best to place the fruit on a hard surface, such as a cutting board or countertop. Then, hit the wood apple with the utensil or tool until it splits open. Once opened, the inner edible pulp can be enjoyed.

    Storage

Store the Wood Apple concoction in an airtight container and place it in the refrigerator so that you can enjoy its delectable taste for up to 2-3 days. Whenever you feel like having some Wood Apple Juice, simply pour out the contents of this container and your refreshing drink will be ready in no time!
