When cooked properly Bhetki fish is just beyond heaven; be it in form of Bhetki Maacher Paturi or Bhetki Fish Fry or Bhetki Maacher Aloo Phulkopi Diye Kaliya or even a continental form of it. Today I am going to share a  simple yet tasty preparation of Bhetki fish which requires almost no time; Mayonnaise Bhetki. Mayonnaise Bhetki is one of my preferred dish when it comes to the  unplanned gatherings. Mixing Bhetki with some basic ingredients followed by almost no non-sense  cooking turned into a mouth watering dish each time.

I prefer to cook Mayonnaise Bhetki in Microwave to utilize my time and mostly use a big bowl to cook and serve it! For me this dish is a savior but obviously without compromising the taste!
