Scarlet - The All Day Breakfast Place by Aauris

February 9, 2017 By Debjani Leave a Comment

They say to eat the breakfast like a King but the gender-biased I can have it like a queen only; by pampering myself with the favorites and apart from the first part of the phrase I don’t believe in the rest which says to have the lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. I love breakfast perfect to start the day with positive vibes, and naturally, it is wise to not to follow my food routine. However, coming to the All-day Breakfast, I was recently being invited by Aauris for the All-day breakfast they have come up with at Scarlet. Aauris is a centrally located property (to be precise in the Park Street area) in Kolkata and I like the place for not only the location but the budgeted food cost as well. Those who read my blog (especially the dine experiences) are aware that how conscious I am with the food price along with the taste, quality, and ambiance. For me, a place with the proper combination of all these is a winner always. Naturally when I went there at Aauris, the first thing I checked the price as I was already happy with the open seating arrangement. Starting from INR 50 to max INR 400, I found it a good breakfast deal.

The menu is quite elaborate and is having loads of Egg options, starting from the traditional Egg benedict, Egg Florentine to the Egg in the hole and much more. Since I love my breakfast with a dose of Egg, I naturally picked the Egg dishes to taste first. They do have Salads, Fruit bowls, Pancakes and Waffles and even breakfast Pizza available as part of the menu. The Red velvet Pancake Tower is something kids can enjoy for sure for the bubblegummy flavor. In case you wanted to stick to the sandwiches, go for the Farmers’ Sandwich or the Sunrise Burger, both are filling and having scrambled egg within. From the Indian menu, I liked the Gobi Paratha Platter and yes, they are having three types of “Maggi” over there just in case you want to have the epitome of any food even outside your home! They do have several breakfast beverages available, though I decided to have my regular Espresso with a pinch of Brown Sugar. In case, you have a sweet tooth for breakfast, which I don’t, the Tiramisu, or Cheesecake or the Ibara Chocolate cake can be tried and why not, after all, it is an All-day Breakfast.

As I already mentioned, the menu is quite good when it comes to the price, and even taste-wise decent for most of the items, it is worth visit Aauris for the All-day Breakfast anytime of a day when you wish for a Breakfast.

Disclaimer: Debjani was invited by the Management of Aauris for the All-day Breakfast at Scarlet.
