Food Safety

It is important to always wash Dal, also known as Lentils, as well as other vegetables and animal proteins before cooking. Doing so helps to remove any dirt, dust, or other particles that may be present on the surface. It is recommended to wash the lentils at least 2-3 times before cooking to ensure that they are thoroughly clean. Additionally, it is important to be gentle while washing the lentils to avoid damaging them.
