Step 1

Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes

Veggies needed

Marinate chicken with lemon juice and salt

Cut potatoes, chop onion garlic an ginger

boil 2 lit water with Cinnamon, Black Peppercorn, Black Cardamom, and also Clove

Boil till the water reduces to 1/3

Add onion, garlic , ginger a and chicken

Add potatoes and salt and cook for 15 minutes
