Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour

Fenugreek Leaves

 Garlic

Ginger

Green Chili

Sour Curd

Carom Seed

Salt

Ghee

Step 1

1Take Whole Wheat Flour along with  salt in a bowl and mix both.

Veggies needed

add Carom seed, chopped Methi leaves, julienned Ginger, Chopped Garlic, and Chopped Green Chili and mix

add the sour card and 1 Tsp. Ghee

Step 4

Knead to make the dough

Step 5

Devide the dough into 8 portions and make balls

Step 6

Roll each portion to make paratha

Step 7

Place the Roti over hot Tawa and start roasting on medium flame

Step 5

Apply ghee/ oil and pan-fry from both side to complete Methi paratha

Step 9

Serve Methi Paratha hot with your choice of Side or Raita
