Step 1

Cut the Eggplant into long thick strips

Veggies needed

Marinate the Eggplant strips with Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Sugar, and Salt.

Make a paste with yellow mustard seed, black mustard seed, salt and green chilies. Strain it to discard husk

beat curd and mix it with the mustard paste

Heat the oil in a Pan and fry the eggplants

Temper the oil with nigella seed and  dry chilies.

Step 7

Add the mustard and curd mixture mixed with water

Add  Turmeric powder, sugar, red chili powder, and also salt

Add Green Peas as well and bring it to boil

Now add fried Eggplants and cook till the gravy thickens
