Step 1

Cut Squid into rings and then marinade with Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, and Salt

Veggies needed

Keep squid marinated for 15 minutes

Pressure cook squid with 2 cups of water until 3 whistles come out

Dry roast Coconut

Add Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, and Turmeric Powder and cook

Temper hot oil with dried red chili, fenugreek seed, and curry leaves

Add Onion and garlic paste and cook

Add Tomato Paste and cook

Add Salt, Turmeric Powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder followed by coconut paste and cook

Now add boiled Squid and mix

Add water and cook for 8 minutes and then add garam masala

Temper oil with Curry leaves and dried Red chili
