How To! with Debjani

I was discussing about my blogs' activities last week with one of my good friend Rickta who is a great cook as well  and she came up with a feedback she received from her known circle that most of my recipes are prepared with expensive ingredients 🙂 .... One thing I learned during my Master's day that "there is no feedback for a feedback"... So no excuses but action 😛 .... Here is my "How to" section where you can find the process of making few important and so called fancy ingredients used (or I often use in cooking or baking).. In India, it is really difficult to purchase many ingredients which are used as part of cooking and get mentioned in food blogs or food channels or in different networks and this is true for the metro cities as well. I am not available with many ingredients in Kolkata as compared to Delhi NCR. Though I purchase those from NCR during my official travels but I completely understand this is not a solution for most of the aspirant cooks or home bakers. In this section, I will try to share process of making different spices, sauces or other ingredients which are used in cooking! Do drop me a message in case you want me to post process of making any particular ingredient!
