Soak Chickpeas Overnight

Potatoes

Wash the vegetables

Pre-Preparation

Add oil to the skillet properly before cooking

Cast Iron Pan

Step 1

Soak Chhickpeas overnight and PRessurecook with salt

Step 2

Cut Pumpkin toto cubes

Step 3

Cut potatoes into cube

Step 4

Temper mustard oil with panch phoron, Bay leaves and dry Red Chili

Add potatoes and fry

Step 6

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder

Add Ginger paste

Mix and cook

Add Pumpkin and cook

Add Panch Phoron Powder, and Bhaja Moshla
