    10 Vitamin E Rich Recipes from Debjanir Rannaghar!

    Who does not want glowing skin and Who does not care about the healthiness of Eyesight! Is there anybody who is not concerned about the wellbeing of the Kidney, Hearth or the liver! Okay, don't think that I am insane 😀 ; I know like you all; how much we care about the body parts. Actually, I am trying to come to the heart of this post; Vitamin E. The Vitamin with enormous antioxidant properties. It is crucial to include separately to include in our diet for the well-being of the organs I mentioned.  In this post, I am listing 10 Vitamin E Rich recipes from Debjanir Rannaghar!

    Before going further with the recipes, one thing is worth sharing that, we can not produce Vitamin E within our body. The only way to include it is to consume the Vitamin E from the external sources. Vitamin E is actually a group of 8 vitamins which are soluble in Fat. Okay, don't kill me virtually for the physiological details I am providing! What can you expect from a person who did her graduation with Botany 😛 . Jokes apart, we cannot ignore the importance of Vitamin E. It is necessary to include it as part of daily intake to avoid several serious occurring such as Neuromuscular and Neurological problems, Hemolytic anemia or Retinopathy or the immunity problems.

    Coming back to the Vitamin E, it is better to incorporate it from different natural sources to reduce several health problems. I never realized that I actually have several 10 Vitamin E Rich recipes on my blog and it is wise to list those for the sake of my readers.

    While compiling the list of 10 Vitamin E Rich recipes, I realized most of those are actually signature and famous dishes. Take Sarson Ka Saag for example. A dish loaded with Mustard Seed and Spinach and both are actually good sources of Vitamin E.  Then There is Mango Salsa or Mango Mastani; while the former is having Mango and Olive apart from other ingredients and the later is having mango and several nuts. The Fish Roe Fritter or Macher Dimer Bora or even the Sabudana Khichdi again are loaded with the sources of Vitamin E.

    Here is a list of ingredients which are naturally rich in Vitamin E. All the ingredients mentioned are available easily.

    Seed Source:

    • Sunflower seeds

    Oil Source:

    • Rice Bran Oil
    • Sunflower Oil
    • Palm Oil
    • Olive oil

    Animal Source:

    • Fish Roe
    • Lobster
    • Goose Meat
