    Chinese New Year at Hyatt Regency Kolkata

    Hyatt Regency Kolkata has come up with a  scrumptious Oriental spread on the first new moon day of the first Chinese lunar month, at the  Waterside Café where they are emphasizing on the real Asian Food. The celebration is planned for 3 days where Hyatt Regency is are decorating the place and available with specially planned Chinese menu for the same.The Menu is a combination of salads like Pao cai, Yu Sheng, Kimchee, Tofu with pakchoi, Fried lotus roots and leek salad, Chinese pickled bamboo shoot, Mushroom and noodle salad with soy emulsion, Smoked chicken salad with Asian slaw, Fried shrimp and wonton salad, Pork meatballs in schezwan mayo and orange dust, Tenderloin salad with red cabbage and scallion and língyúqiú (fish dumpling salad).

    The Chinese New Year Menu by Hyatt Regency Kolkata is a fusion of flavors in dishes like Fried Noodle chaat and Wonton sheet chaat. Add a dash of tang to your palate with our range of special dips like Szechwan chutney, cilantro chutney, and pineapple tomato chutney. Enjoy soups like Tian mo- millet, peanuts, vermicelli, spiced tofu and spinach, Dùnjītāng-Stewed chicken soup or dig into Bāozi (steamed seafood stuffed bun), Gyoza (classical chicken dumpling) and Báicàijiǎo (cabbage dumpling) from the live Dim sum counter. Appetizers like MálàzǐJī-Spicy Hunan Chicken and Xiamen veg spring roll will also be available. Relish a special treat from the Hyatt kitchen featuring eight special regional cuisines from the stretches of China through dishes GōngbǎoJī Ding (Diced Chicken Fried With Peanuts/Cashews), SōngshǔGuìyú (Sweet And Sour Mandarin Fish), DōngběiShuàiYángròu ( Mutton Slice Hot Pot), háoyóuniúròu (fried beef in oyster sauce), Char Cui Pork (Barbequed Pork), Ma La Xiang Guo (Spicy Numbing Stir-Fry Pot), Xuelihong (Stir Fried Chinese Mustard Greens), Di San Xian (Stir Fried Egg-Plant, Potato And Peppers), Lo BakGo (Turnip Cake), Luo Han Zhai (Buddha’s Delight), Cui Pi Dou Fu (Tofu In Sweet Tomato Sauce), BaiCai Mu Er (Stir Fried Cabbage With Wood Ear Mushrooms, And Carrot), Qing Jiao Tu Dou Si (Shredded Green Chilli And Potato), HokkienMee (Wok Tossed Veg Noodles) and Hainanese Rice (Ginger And Pandana Flavoured Rice). Apart from that choice of delightful desserts like Darshaan, Kuelempur, Nam Phrik Dung, Blueberry pudding, Belgium dark chocolate shots, Raspberry soufflé and moist apple cake are also available there.
