Ingredients

  • 250 g Hung Curd
  • 2 Ripe Mangoes
  • 10 Seedless Date
  • 20 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey

Instructions

  • Peel the Mango and cut into small pieces.
  • Take chilled Hung Curd in a blender and blend until smooth and keep it aside.
  • Soak seedless Dates in warm water for 10 minutes before making the Lassi/ Smoothie.
  • Now take the dates and blend those.
  • Add chopped Mangoes and blend again.
  • Add chopped Mint leaves and Honey and blend for a minute.
  • Now add the curd and blend again to finish the Mango Mint Date Lassi/ Mango Mint Date Smoothie.
  • Transfer the content in a separate jug and refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving. I don't use separate Jug, instead, I directly put the blending jar in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • You can substitute honey with sugar or can avoid it completely.
  • If Hung Curd not available take normal curd double the amount and pour it over a strainer and keep it as it is for 30 minutes to discard the water.
  • Instead of curd plain yogurt can also be used. You can check here the difference between Curd and Yogurt.
