Peel the Mango and cut into small pieces.
Take chilled Hung Curd in a blender and blend until smooth and keep it aside.
Soak seedless Dates in warm water for 10 minutes before making the Lassi/ Smoothie.
Now take the dates and blend those.
Add chopped Mangoes and blend again.
Add chopped Mint leaves and Honey and blend for a minute.
Now add the curd and blend again to finish the Mango Mint Date Lassi/ Mango Mint Date Smoothie.
Transfer the content in a separate jug and refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving. I don't use separate Jug, instead, I directly put the blending jar in the refrigerator.
