Maggi Pakora

Ingredients

  • 2 Packet Maggi Noodles I have used Maggi Green Chilli flavor
  • 1 Boiled Egg chopped
  • ½ cup Sweet Corn
  • ½ cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • ½ Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Chopped
  • ½ Tsp. Green Chili Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Gram Flour/ Besan
  • 3 Tbsp. Corn Flour
  • ½ Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • ½ Tsp. Salt or to taste
  • 75 ml Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Boil the Maggi Noodle with 3 cups of water for 2 minutes and add a little salt and 1 teaspoon oil while cooking.
  • Add the Tastemaker as well while cooking
  • Cook till 2'/3 water evaporates.
  • Take the semi-runny Maggi in a bowl.
  • Now add Gram Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Baking soda and mix using a spoon.
  • Add Sweet corn, chopped Onion, chopped garlic, chopped Green Chilli, chopped bell pepper and mix.
  • Finally, add lightly chopped boiled egg.
  • Now add Lemon Juice.
  • Add little water if required.
  • The mixture should be a bit on the tighter side so that balls can be formed.
  • Heat Oil in a wok.
  • shape Pakoras using your finger using the mixture.
  • Drop 3" sized balls over the hot oil and start frying in medium heat.
  • Serve Maggi Pakora hot with ketchup.
