Dalgona Coffee which is also known as cloud coffee is a chilled creamy and frothy latte prepared with only three ingredients

- 2 tablespoon Instant Coffee Powder
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Hot Water
- 200 ml Chilled Milk
- 8 Ice cubes
Get Recipe Ingredients
Take the coffee, sugar, and water in a bowl.
Whip the ingredients for 2 minutes using a hand blender or for 8-10 minutes if using a manual blender.
You have to blend until the mixture turns creamy, foamy and yellowish-brown in color.
Take three glasses/ cup and half fill with ice cubes.
Pour milk till ⅔ of the cup.
Top the milk with the coffee mixture using a spoon.
Serve the coffee chilled.
While having it, lightly mix using a spoon.
- This recipe works best with instant coffee. If you prefer a stronger, more bitter taste, simply add more coffee.
- Sugar is a must for this recipe, and while I used brown sugar, regular sugar works just as well.
- For the best results, I recommend using toned milk instead of full-fat milk.
- You can easily make a large batch of this coffee mixture and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
