Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Instant Coffee Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Hot Water
  • 200 ml Chilled Milk
  • 8 Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Take the coffee, sugar, and water in a bowl.
  • Whip the ingredients for 2 minutes using a hand blender or for 8-10 minutes if using a manual blender.
  • You have to blend until the mixture turns creamy, foamy and yellowish-brown in color.
  • Take three glasses/ cup and half fill with ice cubes.
  • Pour milk till ⅔ of the cup.
  • Top the milk with the coffee mixture using a spoon.
  • Serve the coffee chilled.
  • While having it, lightly mix using a spoon.

Notes

  • This recipe works best with instant coffee. If you prefer a stronger, more bitter taste, simply add more coffee.
  • Sugar is a must for this recipe, and while I used brown sugar, regular sugar works just as well.
  • For the best results, I recommend using toned milk instead of full-fat milk.
  • You can easily make a large batch of this coffee mixture and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
