Step 1

Wash and sundry Mustard Seeds (50g each of yellow and black) for 2 days

Veggies needed

Peel the skin of cleaned mangoes (500g) and cut into cubes

Marinate mangoes with 1/2 Tsp. salt and let those release moisture

Mix mangoes with mustard seed, 5 garlics, and 2 green chilies,

Make a coarse paste using a mixer grinder

Transfer the paste to an earthen pot

Add 100ml Mustard Oil and mix

Step 8

Add 1 Tbsp. Sugar and 1/2 Tsp. Salt and mix those and keep the pot in the room temperature after covering with a clean cloth for 7 days to let it fermented!

Some more coconut and give a thorough mix
