Classic Waffle Recipe
A very easy recipe of Classic sweet Waffle using a silicone Waffle mould by Tupperware

- 175 g All Purpose Flour
- 1.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 4 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 2 Egg
- 200 ml Milk
- 2-3 drops Vanilla Essence
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate sauce optional
- 1-2 tablespoon Strawberry Preserve optional

Making of Waffles
Separate the Egg white and yolk.
Shift All Purpose Flour with Salt and add milk, sugar, and mix using a whisk.
Now add Egg yolk, and after mixing the same add melted butter to the mixture.
Finally, fold the Egg white and add vanilla essence and mix thoroughly.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Shaping Waffle

Pour the batter over the Silicone mould and bake for 10-12 minutes at 220 °C.
Demold the Waffles and bake those again on the open rack for 5 minutes.
Give the Waffles a stand for 5 minutes and serve with your choice of sauce and/ or fruits.
