Description
Watermelon, black olives, and feta cheese make a delicious salad. This salad is perfect for summertime!

- 1 Watermelon (small around 750g)
- 20-25 Black Olive
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Cut Watermelon into cubes, and if not seedless, remove seeds.
- Finely chop the Onion and toss with ½ Tsp. of Lemon Juice with the Onion.
- Crumble the Feta Cheese.
- Now take a bowl and mix Watermelon, Chopped Onion, Black Olives, Mint Leaves, and Lemon Juice using a spatula.
- Lastly add crumbled feta cheese and fridge the salad before serving.
