Description

Watermelon, black olives, and feta cheese make a delicious salad. This salad is perfect for summertime!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Watermelon (small around 750g)
  • 20-25 Black Olive
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice


Instructions

  1. %Watermelon, Black Olive and Feta Cheese SaladCut Watermelon into cubes, and if not seedless, remove seeds.
  2. Finely chop the Onion and toss with ½ Tsp. of Lemon Juice with the Onion.
  3. Crumble the Feta Cheese.
  4. Now take a bowl and mix Watermelon, Chopped Onion, Black Olives, Mint Leaves, and Lemon Juice using a spatula.
  5. Lastly add crumbled feta cheese and fridge the salad before serving.
