Units Scale
  • Bread Slices: 6
  • Boneless Chicken: 250 g (2 Cup)
  • Water: 2 cup
  • Mayonnaise: 4 Tbsp.
  • Caesar Salad Dressing: 2 Tbsp. (optional)
  • Butter: 50 g
  • Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp.
  • Black Pepper: 1 Tsp. (freshly crushed)
  • Salt: 1 Tsp.


  1. Wash Boneless Chicken Pieces properly and then cut into small cubes.
  2. Marinate Chicken pieces with Lemon Juice, ½ Tsp. Salt and ½ Tsp. Crushed Black Pepper for 1 hour.
  3. Now take marinated chicken pieces along with equal quantity of water in a vessel and start boiling in medium flame until chicken pieces cooked properly and after that cook till the water reduces completely.
  4. Let boiled chicken cooled completely and after that shred chicken pieces.
  5. Add Mayonnaise and Caesar Salad Dressing to chicken pieces and mix properly.
  6. Adjust salt and Pepper as per taste.
  7. Stuffing is ready.
  8. I don't prefer to trim side of the breads while making sandwiches. You can trim the sides based on your preference.
  9. Butter all the Bread Slices.
  10. Now take one slice of Bread and put 2 Tbsp. of Chicken-Mayo Stuffing on the buttered surface of the Bread and spread properly.
  11. Cover the Bread with another piece of the buttered Bread and lightly press to complete the sandwich.
  12. Now cut the sandwich diagonally and following the same process prepare rest of the Sandwiches.
