- 1 Watermelon small around 750g
- 20-25 Black Olive
- 1 Onion
- ¼ Cup Mint Leaves
- ½ Cup Feta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Get Recipe Ingredients
Cut Watermelon into cubes, and if not seedless, remove seeds.
Finely chop the Onion and toss with ½ Tsp. of Lemon Juice with the Onion.
Crumble the Feta Cheese.
Now take a bowl and mix Watermelon, Chopped Onion, Black Olives, Mint Leaves, and Lemon Juice using a spatula.
Lastly add crumbled feta cheese and fridge the salad before serving.
