Ingredients

  • 1 Watermelon small around 750g
  • 20-25 Black Olive
  • 1 Onion
  • ¼ Cup Mint Leaves
  • ½ Cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Cut Watermelon into cubes, and if not seedless, remove seeds.

  • Finely chop the Onion and toss with ½ Tsp. of Lemon Juice with the Onion.
  • Crumble the Feta Cheese.
  • Now take a bowl and mix Watermelon, Chopped Onion, Black Olives, Mint Leaves, and Lemon Juice using a spatula.
  • Lastly add crumbled feta cheese and fridge the salad before serving.
