Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder

Grate Raw Papaya

Fry Prawns in Mustard Oil.

Temper remaining oil with bay leaf, cumin seed and dry chili

Add asa foetida aka hing

Add ginger paste. Check link for measurements

Add raw papaya, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, cumin powder and cook

Green Chilis are must

Lastly add fried prawns , ghee and bengali garam masala and give a thorough mix
