In Bengal Mustard is one of the preferred spices and often used in different curries. The tangy fish curry cooked with mustard paste is known as Macher Jhal and if you are trying fish for the first time, you must not miss it.
A comforting fish curry known for the properties to comfort the stomach in Macher Kobiraji Jhol. We cook this with fresh water small fish, loads of veggies and a blend of cumin, coriander and black pepper.
