Easy Mango Mint Date Lassi Mango Mint Date Smoothie; a breakfast smoothie recipe

- 250g Hung Curd
- 2 Ripe Mangoes
- 10 Seedless Date
- 20n Fresh Mint Leaves
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
Instructions
- Peel the Mango and cut into small pieces.
- Take chilled Hung Curd in a blender and blend until smooth and keep it aside.
- Soak seedless Dates in warm water for 10 minutes before making the Lassi/ Smoothie.
- Now take the dates and blend those.
- Add chopped Mangoes and blend again.
- Add chopped Mint leaves and Honey and blend for a minute.
- Now add the curd and blend again to finish the Mango Mint Date Lassi/ Mango Mint Date Smoothie.
- Transfer the content in a separate jug and refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving. I don't use separate Jug, instead, I directly put the blending jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
You can substitute honey with sugar or can avoid it completely.
If Hung Curd not available take normal curd double the amount and pour it over a strainer and keep it as it is for 30 minutes to discard the water.
