Description

Beat the heat and satisfy your sweet tooth with these fruity and refreshing yogurt popsicles that are easy to make and healthy too.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g Plain Yogurt / Hung Curd: 500g
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey: 3 Tbsp.

400g Seasonal Fruits: 2 Cup

  • 50g Strawberry
  • 1 Banana
  • 100g Papaya
  • 100g Grapes
  • 1 Mango


Instructions

  1. Fridge the fruits for an hour before cutting.
  2. Fridge the Yogurt/ Curd as well.
  3. Peel (if required) and cut the fruits into small pieces.
  4. Take chopped fruits in a blender and blend at medium speed to make the puree.
  5. Now add Yogurt or hung curd whichever using along with the honey and blend once more.
  6. Pour the mixture into paper cups and fill 2/3 of each cup.
  7. Cover the top of each cup with aluminum foil and insert Ice-cream sticks.in the middle.
  8. Instead of paper cups, popsicle mold can also be used.
  9. Put the cups in the freezer and freeze for 5-6 hours.
  10. tear the aluminum foil once the popsicles are set.
  11. De-mold in case of popsicle mold or tear the paper cup to serve the popsicles once set.

  • Instead of seasonal fresh fruits, you can use packaged fruit cocktail
  • You can replace honey with sugar and even increase or decrease the amount.
