- 2 Packet Maggi Noodles (I have used Maggi Green Chilli flavor)
- 1 Boiled Egg (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Sweet Corn
- 1/2 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp. Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp.Chopped Green Chili
- 3 Tbsp. Gram Flour/ Besan
- 3 Tbsp. Corn Flour
- 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt or to taste
- 75ml Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions
- Boil the Maggi Noodle with 3 cups of water for 2 minutes and add a little salt and 1 Tsp oil while cooking.
- Add the Tastemaker as well while cooking
- Cook till 2'/3 water evaporates.
- Take the semi-runny Maggi in a bowl.
- Now add Gram Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Baking soda and mix using a spoon.
- Add Sweet corn, chopped Onion, chopped garlic, chopped Green Chilli, chopped bell pepper and mix.
- Finally, add lightly chopped boiled egg.
- Now add Lemon Juice.
- Add little water if required.
- The mixture should be a bit on the tighter side so that balls can be formed.
- Heat Oil in a wok.
- shape Pakoras using your finger using the mixture.
- Drop 3" sized balls over the hot oil and start frying in medium heat.
- Serve Maggi Pakora hot with ketchup.
