Ingredients

  • 2 Packet Maggi Noodles (I have used Maggi Green Chilli flavor)
  • 1 Boiled Egg (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp.Chopped Green Chili
  • 3 Tbsp. Gram Flour/ Besan
  • 3 Tbsp. Corn Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt or to taste
  • 75ml Vegetable Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Boil the Maggi Noodle with 3 cups of water for 2 minutes and add a little salt and 1 Tsp oil while cooking.
  2. Add the Tastemaker as well while cooking
  3. Cook till 2'/3 water evaporates.
  4. Take the semi-runny Maggi in a bowl.
  5. Now add Gram Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Baking soda and mix using a spoon.
  6. Add Sweet corn, chopped Onion, chopped garlic, chopped Green Chilli, chopped bell pepper and mix.
  7. Finally, add lightly chopped boiled egg.
  8. Now add Lemon Juice.
  9. Add little water if required.
  10. The mixture should be a bit on the tighter side so that balls can be formed.
  11. Heat Oil in a wok.
  12. shape Pakoras using your finger using the mixture.
  13. Drop 3" sized balls over the hot oil and start frying in medium heat.
  14. Serve Maggi Pakora hot with ketchup.
