A very easy recipe of Classic sweet Waffle using a silicone Waffle mould by Tupperware
Ingredients

- All Purpose Flour: 175g
- Baking Powder: 1.5 Tsp.
- Salt: 1/2 Tsp.
- Granulated Sugar: 4 Tbsp.
- Egg: 2
- Milk: 200 ml
- Vanilla Essence: 2-3 drops
- Butter: 2 Tbsp.
- Chocolate sauce: 1 Tbsp. (optional)
- Strawberry Preserve: 1-2 Tbsp. (optional)
Instructions
- [url href="https://kitchenofdebjani.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Edited9.jpg"][/url]The milk should be warm enough and melt the butter before started with the batter for Classic Waffles.
- Separate Egg white and yolk.
- Shift All Purpose Flour with Salt and add milk, sugar, and mix using a whisk.
- Now add Egg yolk and after mixing the same add melted butter to the mixture.
- Finally, fold the Egg white and add vanilla essence and mix thoroughly.
- Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees C for 10 minutes.[url href="https://kitchenofdebjani.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Unknown-Person3.jpg"][/url]
- Pour the batter over the Silicone mould and bake for 10-12 minutes in 220 Degree C.
- Demold the Waffles and bake those again on the open rack for 5 minutes.
- Give the Waffles a stand for 5 minutes and Serve with your choice of sauce and/ or fruits.
- I served the Classic Waffles with Chocolate Sauce.
